Personal Profile
吴立文,男,1984年9月生,江西九江人,博士,副研究员,毕业于中国农业科学院水稻研究所种质资源学专业。针对我国栎树产业发展面临的优质高产高抗良种缺乏、主要经济性状形成机制不清等问题,长期从事栎树遗传育种、材用和果用等重要性状关键基因克隆和功能解析等研究。先后主持国家重点研发计划子课题、省科技厅项目子课题、省自然科学基金等项目。担任中国林学会栎类分会第二届委员会副秘书长;担任《Frontiers in Genetics》编委,长期为《Industrial Crops and Products》、《Plant Science》等SCI期刊审稿。以第一或通讯作者的身份在《Plant Physiology》、《Horticulture Research》、《Journal of Integrative Plant Biology》和《Tree Physiology》等国际权威期刊发表论文多篇,以第一完成人获国家发明专利授权2项,主持编制了林业行业标准《植物新品种DUS测试指南 栎属》和省地方标准各1项,参与选育省级审定林木良种1个。

主要研究方向:
栎树遗传育种、材用和果用等重要性状关键基因克隆和功能解析
主要研究内容:
1)针对自然界中常见的栎树多分枝从而影响其材性的特点,开展优质新种质创制、精准化育种,选育少分枝、速生、通直的优良栎树种源或家系,结合分子辅助选择育种和分子聚合技术加快优质栎树育种进程;
2)通过多组学联合分析,发掘栎树材用、果用关键基因及其重要调控因子,阐明调控机理,构建优质栎树发育调控网络,为栎树的良种培育奠定理论和技术基础;
3)开展栎树无性扩繁技术体系研究工作,包括体胚发生无性繁育技术和扦插无性繁育技术。
通过上述研究内容,培育出生长发育阶段一致且性状齐整的栎树多性状优良品种资源苗,建立良种繁育和示范基地并大力推广,带动我国栎树相关产业发展,为国家珍贵木材战略储备基地建设提供科技支撑。
