Personal Profile
刘妍婧，博士，研究员，博士生导师，2013年毕业于中国科学院植物研究所，获植物学博士学位，现任中国林业科学研究院林木遗传育种全国重点实验室研究员，中央和国家机关青年联合会第一届委员会委员。2018年获国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金项目资助，2019年入选全国林草科技创新人才计划青年拔尖人才，国家林业和草原局第六批“百千万人才工程”省部级人选，获第十五届“林业青年科技奖”。2022年入选中国林科院青年领军人才支持计划。

Research Directions
林木比较功能基因组与分子育种
主要研究内容:
主要从事林木比较功能基因组与分子育种研究，从不同层次上解析杨树生长发育、抗逆等适应性性状形成的分子机制。从群体基因组学层面解析银白杨群体结构及演化历史，发现额尔齐斯河流域银白杨群体经历了瓶颈效应后的扩张。从基因组进化层面探讨了杨属基因组动态变化历史，推测杨属的物种辐射和适应是由salicoid WGD和环境变化共同驱动的。从功能基因组学层面揭示了林木大型基因家族的功能分化模式和机制，发现亚细胞定位的变化贡献于杨树重复基因的保留和功能分化，达尔文正选择驱动了林木大型基因家族的功能进化，并探讨了正选择位点在蛋白质结构与功能进化中的特性。研究成果发表在《Plant Cell》、《Molecular Biology and Evolution》、《Plant Physiology》等国内外专业刊物上，其中发表在《Plant Cell》上的成果被该杂志选为研究亮点。
