个人简介

Personal Profile

    2006年在德国哥廷根大学取得博士学位,现聘为中国林业科学研究院国家林草局盐碱地研究中心副主任,中国林业科学研究院首席科学家,林木遗传育种全国重点实验室PI,研究员,博士生导师,入选国家“万人计划”科技创新领军人才,担任国际期刊Environmentaland Experimental Botany亚洲区唯一副主编、林学领域TOP期刊Tree Physiology编辑和植物学领域TOP期刊New Phytologist咨询委员,中国林学会盐碱地分会副主任委员兼秘书长,中国林科院卓越创新团队“林草抗逆性状形成与调控创新团队”负责人。

    主要研究方向是树木逆境生理与抗性育种,研究杨树等林木响应非生物胁迫的生理与分子调控机制,培育抗性林木新种质。先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目5项、十二五、十三五和十四五国家重点研发项目/课题以及国家农业生物育种重大项目等国家和省部级项目20余项。以第一/通行作者在Biotechnology Advances、Advanced Science和New Phytologist等国际主流期刊发表高水平论文50余篇,其中中科院一区期刊论文20余篇,有多篇论文被基本科学指标数据库(ESI)评为该领域内最优秀的1%高被引论文;授权/申请国家发明专利9件;获中国林业青年科技奖。根据全球学者库和爱思唯尔发布的数据显示,入选全球顶尖前10万科学家和2021、2022和2023年度中国高被引学者。

研究方向:林木逆境生理与抗性育种。


主要研究内容: 

主要从事树木适应逆境(如干旱、盐、重金属、养分亏缺等)的生理与分子机制、树木与环境之间的相互作用(林木与CO2浓度升高、氮素沉降、菌根菌的相互作用)、木材品质形成的分子生理基础等方面的研究工作。利用林学、细胞生物学、生物化学与分子生物学、生物信息学等学科知识,研究林木对变化环境条件的响应及其适应机制,创制抗逆林木新种质。
