个人简介

Personal Profile

欧空局(ESA)对地观测中心(ESRIN)访问学者。现任中国遥感应用协会黄土高原遥感分会理事、副秘书长,科技部-欧空局“龙计划”合作中方秘书处官员,2024年入选中国林科院“青年英才工程”杰出青年创新人才培育计划。长期从事草原和荒漠化遥感技术与应用研究,发展了针对干旱半干旱地区多种灌草植被核心参量的多源遥感估测模型,创新了干旱地区土壤有机碳遥感估测方法,构建了基于草畜平衡的草地资源合理利用模式,提出了一套完整的基于遥感和空间分析技术的合理载畜量估算方法;研发了一种基于植被生产力变化与气候耦合的土地退化遥感评价技术,推动了土地退化评价从定性到定量发展,完成了《全球生态环境遥感监测2019年度报告——全球土地退化态势》和数据集,由科技部面向全球发布,主持编制了“2000-2020年全球草地退化态势”案例,列入《地球大数据支撑可持续发展目标报告(2023):一带一路篇》国家报告。主持国家重大科技专项课题、国家重点研发计划课题和国家自然科学基金等项目13项。发表论文75篇,合著专著6部;以第一发明人授权国家发明专利3项,获得软件著作权6项。

(1)干旱地区稀疏植被参量主被动协同反演;

(2)沙化土地信息遥感提取;

(3)大区域荒漠化/土地退化遥感监测与评价;

(4)草原灌丛化遥感监测;

(5)草畜平衡利用遥感监测技术;

(6)脆弱生态系统修复与可持续利用规划。
