Personal Profile
长期从事森林生态系统结构与功能、人工林生产力维持机制和多目标经营、植物功能性状对气候变化响应和森林碳循环等研究。先后主持和参与国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划子课题和国家林草局行业专项等项目15项;在低效林结构优化、林木种间互作关系、树种组配、土壤肥力维持和碳循环等方面取得了重要进展,研究成果在浙江、江苏、江西等地得到广泛应用,有力支撑了南方山地丘陵区森林质量的精准提升。在Soil Biology and Biochemistry、Science of the Total Environment和生态学报等国内外权威学术期刊发表论文80余篇(其中SCI收录28篇),出版专著1部,制定标准2项,获浙江省科技进步奖2项,中国林学会梁希科技奖1项。担任中国林学会栎类分会委员、中国土壤学会森林土壤专业委员会委员,《Journal of Plant Ecology》青年编委和《应用生态学报》编委。
