Personal Profile
2002年获中国林科院林木遗传育种博士,中国林业科学研究院亚热带林业研究所研究员、博士生导师。全国农业生物化学与分子生物学会理事、中国植物生理与分子生物学会植物修复专业委员会委员、中国林学会竹子分会常务委员、浙江省植物生理与分子生物学会理事、中国林科院亚林所学术委员会委员。
主要研究树木抗逆功能基因组学及林木抗逆转基因育种。先后完成了伴矿景天全基因组测序,建立了利用酵母表达cDNA文库筛选树木抗逆基因实验体系,并采用蛋白质分离结合质谱鉴定及基因芯片分析技术鉴定了盐胁迫诱导表达的基因。构建了麻竹花药和未成熟胚组织培养体系、毛竹未成熟胚培养体系和转基因体系,突破了竹子转基因育种难关,为竹类植物遗传改良提供理论指导。
先后主持十四五重点研发课题、林业行业公益类重大专项、863团队项目、引进国外林业先进技术(948)项目、浙江省重大专项、浙江省杰出青年科学基金项目等10多项。先后在Journal of Hazardous Materials、Environmental Science & Technology、The Plant Biotechnology Journal、Chemosphere、Tree Physiology等国内外刊物发表论文100多篇,授权国家发明专利4项,先后获得浙江省科学技术奖二等奖、三等奖各一项(排名3)。
