Personal Profile
王丽娟,女,博士,研究员,硕士生导师,主要从事林木重要性状分子基础研究及分子育种。主持国家自然基金项目2项、国家科技重大专项课题和子课题各1项、国家重点研发计划子课题1项,作为骨干参加国家“973”项目、国家“863”项目、国家林业公益性行业专项等国家及省部级课题10余项。在Tree Physiology、Industrial Crops and Products等国内外学术期刊累计发表学术论文30余篇,出版专著2部,获梁希林业科技进步二等奖1项,授权发明专利4项。

主要研究方向: 林木重要性状形成的分子基础及分子育种
主要研究内容: 以杨树为材料,挖掘控制生长、材性、抗性等林木重要性状的关键基因。解析关键基因的功能,揭示其调控性状形成的相关分子机理。通过转基因、基因编辑等手段,开展杨树重要性状分子育种。
