Personal Profile
常二梅,生态学博士,中国林业科学研究院林业研究所工作,研究员,硕士生导师。主要从事端粒相关基因等调控古树对逆境的耐受性以及古树扦插难生根的分子机理研究。参与了全国多个省市重要古树的健康诊断与复壮工作。主持国家自然基金、中央公益性科研院所基金等项目10余项;参与国家科技支撑、国家重点研发等项目。以第一/通讯作者在Journal of agricultural and food chemistry、Industrial Crops & Products和Plant science等期刊发表论文20余篇,参编专著5部,获发明专利5项。
研究方向及内容
Research Directions
主要研究内容:主要开展侧柏古树扦插难生根的分子机理以及端粒相关基因调控侧柏古树对逆境的耐受性研究,从生理和分子水平上研究了古树的长寿机制。阐释了古树扦插难生根的机理,攻克了扦插只长愈伤不生根的传统难题,保存了2600年以上古树无性繁殖苗360份。开展古树树洞致病菌等研究,参与了全国多个省市重要古树的健康诊断与复壮工作。
